I was referred to Michelle to help my 88 year old neighbor sell his “old “ home. She was absolutely amazing and sold the home after the first open house despite it needing many upgrades. Her use of photos to show what the home could be as well as her professional and enthusiastic demeanor with clients was key to selling this home. She was always on top of everything that needed to be done to make the sale possible. She was so great to work with, and I truly believe it was her amazing skills that sold the home so quickly! I will definitely have Michelle sell my home if I ever move.
